You know with the help from another individual I had an epiphany. I learned that 'PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE'. We all hold a title i.e.(mother, father, sister, brother etc..) I am not speaking of labels and career but a personal title.
It took me a while but for the longest instead of being personal to people I would try to recruit. BAD IDEA!!! People will connect with people, not the idea, product or even the services. It seems even in 2012 that folks do not care about the next person. Its like making that quick buck matters to some.
Well I proudly say that I will change my whole outlook when it comes to networking to people. They need to know that you care about them as a person not as a means to piggy back off them. They need to know that you are willing to listen instead of win them over to advance for SELF.
I am ready to expand in what ever business venture before me. I openly treat people as i want to be treated. Lets be in LOVE and TRUTH, everything else will fall into place. People lets raise our level of consciousness!
